A true rural paradise awaits you with open arms on an area of almost 3 hectares. You can stay in one of the two sensitively renovated half-timbered houses, which offer up to 40 beds in 7 rooms and 2 suites. Wedding guests or yoga enthusiasts will enjoy the large, light-filled Maštale Hall, while those who prefer a more intimate holiday will melt in the warmth of the family fireplace in the more traditional Hrázděnky. The whims of the weather don't apply to the open-air Kolna with outdoor seating, and the romantic garden with a pond, with the rapids of the Šitbořský Brook meandering through its centre, will leave you in no doubt that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
A fragrant touch of the countryside
The beautiful garden with a romantic pond will satisfy the needs of any age. Few children can resist exploring the myriad nooks and crannies, while their mothers can test which spot tastes best with a cup of freshly ground coffee. The natural whirlpool of the Šitborský brook beats overpriced cryochambers, and a morning sun salutation or evening barbecue by the fire doesn't sound bad either, don't you think?
Whether it's sunny or the wheelbarrows are falling
Those who love the fresh air will be pleased with the open knees, which allow you to spend as much time as possible outdoors, even in inclement weather. We've replaced farm machinery and hay with pleasant seating, and instead of grinding your scythe you can tap local beer with our own tap. Fans of history will enjoy the display of small craft and farming tools in the loft, while proponents of barbecue alchemy will probably prefer to stay low to the ground.
Don't be afraid to rock it
If you come to us to celebrate, work, or nurture your personal development, the main hall of the former stable is at your disposal. With two large French windows facing the courtyard, you will feel like you are in a castle. A crackling fire in the massive fireplace will add to the perfection of your event, whatever it may be. A fully equipped bar with a self-serve refrigerator is at your service, while the catering pro kitchen will meet the needs of up to seventy guests.

When we acquired the nearly 200-year-old farm in 2004 at auction, he wasn't laughing too hard. No wonder! After a period of its greatest, then still German, glory, it had lived through the war, the subsequent eviction of the owners, the sad "care" of the JZD and twenty years of abandonment.
When the dream becomes reality
Thanks to the omnipresent creative spirit, ideas and visions have become reality and we are proud that our adopted Phoenix is happily shaking off the last remnants of ash from its sky-blue raftered wings and satisfied guests are happy to return to us.
